NB: We reserve the right to set the Mamluks upon you if you book and don't turn up

Important Notice:
Please provide the mundane names and SCA names for those people included in the booking.  Bookings paid by cheque must have the cheques delivered by Saturday 7th to allow clearance time.  Cash payment required on entry unless prepaid. Except in special circumstances, no Bookings accepted after Saturday 7th.  In addition, those owing money from previous WilloughbyVale events must clear their debt before entry will be allowed. 

Fighters coming for the Tourney Only:
Please advise our booking officers so that we can ensure that we have enough cordials, fruit, etc for you.
